A special video to mark Human Rights Day on 10 December.
Actor Dominic West, star of The Wire, recently spent two days in Dharamsala with the Free Tibet team. He met two people who had been tortured by the Chinese authorities in Tibet.
At the end of his time with us, he took a camera back to his hotel room and reflected on the experience. He also offered his thoughts on the Chinese occupation of Tibet and the best way to affect change when dealing with such regimes.
As 10 December is Human Rights Day, this is both a timely and compelling watch.
If, like Dominic, you would like to help us to bear witness to "the self-immolations and endless suffering that the people of Tibet are experiencing" - there are a number of ways to do so.
