Free Tibet Campaign was established in 1987 to give a voice to Tibetan people suffering under the Chinese occupation and denied the freedom to tell the world of the human rights abuses taking place there.

Since then we have grown to be the largest organisation working for Tibetan freedom in the UK with over 12,000 supporters.

We have a long history of successful campaign actions to demonstrate how effective we have been.

In order to maintain our independent campaigning voice we do not accept any government or corporate funding. The nature of our work also means that we cannot claim charity status to benefit from Gift Aid. As a result we rely almost entirely upon the donations from our members and supporters to fund our work.
