*July 25-29 2008* – Passage of the Olympic Torch through the Tibetan Autonomous Region (TAR) and other Tibetan regions of China. This includes taking the torch to the summit of Mt Everest, a propaganda opportunity for China to promote its baseless claims to sovereignty over Tibet.
