Tibetan Freedom March - 12 March

Join the annual march to commemorate the 1959 Tibetan uprising and to remember the victims of the brutal crackdown of the 2008 mass protests.

Time: Gather from 11am for 11.30am start.

Location/route: Tothill Street SW1, just off Victoria Street., opposite Westminster Abbey

We will be walking along Parliament Square, Whitehall, Downing Street, Trafalgar Square,  Regent Street via Piccadilly Circus and onto Portland Place. Rally: opposite the Chinese Embassy in Portland Place

Remember Tibet - 12 March

An afternoon of Tibetan dance, words, music and food to showcase and celebrate Tibet's unique culture.

Time: Doors open at 3pm. Until 6pm.
Admission: Free, but donations welcome. All donations will go towards hosting of future events by The Tibetan Commemorative Committee.
